I have update my OS and my Rose Connect premium and the last one has stopped working.
I have looked on the forum and ,for example, Roshan gave several guidelines to reactivate Rose Connect P but they have not worked for me. I listed the actions I have followed in case someone has suffered this same problem and has found a solution that could help me.
Model RS 150 with OS version 5.7.07 and registered.
I use an Ipad Air (4th generation) with OS 18.2.1 and Rose Connect P version 5.7.4
I have tried with other devices a smartphone and an updated PC downloading the corresponding applications with the same unsuccessful result. I have also tried to download Rose Connect (not premium) in case there were incompatibilities.
During this step, I have installed and uninstalled the application repeatedly, both on Ipad, PC and smartphone. Rose connect never starts the IP search automatically, it urges the manual search which I have also tried.
The LAN network works correctly and I have restarted the router several times. All devices used are on the same LAN network. RS 150, 192.168.0.23 Ipad, smartphone and PC 192.168.0. The last two digits vary depending on the device.
I have tried leaving the RS 150’s IP static. I have also reset the RS 150 to factory settings several times. The result has been the same Connection failure.

Please check a few things.

After resetting your router, reconnect to Wi-Fi and try connecting to the RoseConnect app.

After resetting your RS150 to factory settings, check if the same symptom occurs.
RS150–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset -
After deleting all your RoseConnect apps and reinstalling them, check if the same symptom occurs.
I think the router is the biggest problem. If you have another router, check if the same symptom occurs when connecting to a different router
