I did the forgot the password many times, it still did not work.

I did now ‘ forget the passwordsetting procedure’ and I received a mail with a temporary password and it works. Now I can log in, but I cannot change my password because the text of the screen is only in the Korean language which I don’t understand.

For now, let me tell you that the box just under the plus button is where to change the password.
Enter password in the box and touch ‘save’ button on the top right.

I tried to change my password as you suggested in Rose Connect for IOS on my iPad,
but it is not working!
I also tried it on Rose Connect for Windows 3.8.2, this does not work either!!
So what to do!
I wait for a solution and am working now with the temporary password.
