Rose Connect via pc or ipad

When I open Rose Connect via the pc, my Rose 150b is not ‘visible’ nor accessible, yet it is when I open Rose Connect via the Ipad.

his may be because your PC’s RoseConnect is not the latest version.
Please install RoseConnect PC from the link below.
