Rose HIFI app only playing samples with qobuz

I have run into a problem using the Rose HIFI app on my iPhone to play Qobuz. My RS250 will only play samples when using the phone. It only plays the full song when I use the RS250 screen. It appears to lose the login information on the phone. I’ve tried deleting all data on the RS250 which did not help.

Any suggestions ?

Same problem with my RS130.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please check a few things.

  1. Are your Rose device and RoseConnect app updated to the latest version?
  2. Please delete and reinstall the RoseConnect app.
  3. Log out of your Qobuz account from your RoseConnect app and log in again.

Try the above and let me know how it goes.
