Unbelievable. Thousands of dollars and can’t use because of a software update.
I have the same problem… did you sign-up again ? did you resolve it ?
I wouldn’t like to lose my history at the rose profile.
SAME PROBLEM
The Windows App works sometimes (The windows app seems to be buggy. crashes sometimes)
The Android mobile / tablet app wont work. login to the rose server is cancelled by “user not found” (or similar). i think especially the apps in the android store need an urgent update. Btw. for Hardware in this price section this is a no go. Greetz Georg
Same here as well, ended up having to renew everything including my profile.
Don’t know if anyone else found this but when it was going all wrong after the update and I was trying to input my details ever thing went Korean and it seemed like I had logged into someone else’s account as the content seemed nothing like mine? Thought I had been hacked or something, That’s why I reset everything.
Its really not good enough for a company that charges top dollar for the hardware!
I didn’t even update ! and my device lost its profile
new update was available.
now all works fine

Has anyone solved this? My unit updated a day ago, worked fine, then when I went to listen today I found the unit logged out and can’t login. I’ve tried the connect app from my android phone, iphone, and ipad with no luck. I really don’t want to recreate all the playlist I saved.

I could not agree more. This is absurd. I cannot login, can’t find my SSD anymore. Nothing works. I now own an expensive brick because of a software update. I cannot believe this.

J’ai eu le même problème, en fait il faut mettre à jour l’application Android, vous allez sur playstor et vous faites mise à jour et tout se remets dans l’ordre.
