Rose One on PC will not update

I recently had a problem with my Windows 11 PC and had to uninstall the Rose One App. I went to HiFi Rose Support and downloaded the Rose One installer (1.0.16.1). The installation went fine but it will not update to the latest version of Rose One when I launch it. I must be doing something wrong but have no idea what that is.
