Rose Premium Log In

Hi,

After the update to my Rose 150, asked to log in to my Rose Premium remote log in to access available services. Despite multiple attempts to log in using my email and password, getting repeat messages with failed log in with not recognizing my email / password. I tried to creat an account, but it saids my email is already exist with a user.

Can you please give suggestion?
