How is the system version information displayed on RS250a?
If your RS250a’s system version is listed as 4.19 official, you need to use the RoseConnect premium app.
Conversely, if it is set to 5.6 Early access, you must use the RoseConnect EA app.
Are your RS250a and the device on which the RoseConnect app is installed are connected to the same network?
Capture the IP address of the device where RS250a and RoseConnect app are installed and forward it to me.
Only the Radio does not play, but can the rest of the RS250a be controlled with the app?
Yes it is version 4.19 and Rise connect premium app. They are all on the same hard wired network.
The rest is fine.
Everything else works on the app. I can use it with the touchscreen ok. The app usually connects after I have got it going from the touchscreen
