Hi there I have problem connecting my remote control model GS-R18E( RC850) to pair with my RS250A. When I search for Bluetooth devices it does not show the remote control despite putting it on pairing mode.

First, press and hold the Home button + Back button on the remote simultaneously for at least 5 seconds to reset the remote.

- Go to Settings > Bluetooth.
- Turn Bluetooth ON, then select the Search button on the left.
B. On the Remote Control:
- Press and hold the Home button + Menu button (three lines) for 5 seconds.
- The Red LED on the button should stay lit.
- At this point, “ROSE RCU” should appear in the search list on your Rose device.
Quick Tip: If “ROSE RCU” doesn’t appear immediately, try toggling the Bluetooth off and back on again on the main unit to refresh the search.
