Rose RS 130 using Apple Music

Hi , i got problem here i using RS130 Coaxial output to DAC on playing Apple Music through Rose Connect app keep pop out message
(RESTART ROSEAPPLEMUSIC FOR STABLE SYSTEM OPERATION)

What is a solution to soft this problem WhatsApp Image 2024-11-26 at 11.40.23 AM

Hello,

  1. Does this message appear in the middle of listening to music?
  2. Does it occur after performing any specific action?
  3. Does the same issue happen when playing Radio instead of Apple Music?

Could you try the following steps?

Log out of Apple Music on your iPhone
Log out of Rose Apple Music
Log back into Apple Music on your iPhone.

  2. Yes when the message pop put on the speaker got POP sound
  3. Just Apple Music got this issue , On Internet Radio & Tidal so far no issue.
    4 . Yes i also try following your steps ( Log out & Log in)

  1. What’s the ROSE ID of your RS130?
    RS130 > Settings > System Info > ROSE ID

  2. Please play Apple Music to trigger a crash and then proceed to standby mode.
