Hello. Most of the times when I turn on my HiFi Rose 451, it freezes the volume knob and no music plays although the bar on the song indicates it’s playing. I’m force to unplug and plug it back in for the unit to work properly, all the apps and uploads are currently updated but still temperamental. Any advice?

To check if this is a hardware issue, please try Factory Resetting your device via Settings > System Settings and see if the problem persists. Also, could you please provide your Rose ID, which can be found under Settings > System Info?
