My RS130 has been working fine, but noticed it was stuck on the Rose Logo boot up symbol.
I powered the device off from unplugging the lead.
When I power it back on there is a click as normal and the screen comes on, but it again gets stuck at the Rose boot symbol and does not fully boot up.
Was this due to faulty update you have recently sent?
Are there any reset steps I can perform?

This problem does not seem to be related to the update.
This symptom appears if there is a problem with the DC power Board of RS130.
It looks like your RS130’s DC power Board needs to be replaced.
Please check the two things below.
- Please tell us the serial number of your RS130.
- Please tell us the Rose ID of your RS130.
RS130–>Settings–>System info–>Rose ID - Please tell us the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS130.

I found that if I powered off by pulling the power cord out (only way as pressing the button didn’t do anything), the RS130 would boot up and get stuck on the Rose logo, but I did try and hold the power button down for 5+ seconds, the device powered off and rebooted itself and has now booted up fine.
I can confirm it was not the update, as was prompted to update once the device completed its boot up.
It has now been updated and working fine.
