Greetings,

Really appreciate my RS 150 model.

Too bad all of a sudden, the 4 touch keys to the right stopped working.
Any thoughts on this?

System Version Info is the latest 5.11
Audio Firmware version is XMOS 3147
HardReset and hidden key reset were done, to no success

Did anything unusual happen right before this issue occurred?
The issue you described appears to be a hardware problem rather than a software glitch. In this case, we recommend contacting the dealer from whom you purchased the unit to have it inspected.
