I have Rose RS150B and RS250 and they won’t connect to the WPA3-Personal Wi‑Fi.
Submitted for your information; I have a RS151 which uses a supplied dongle (Next-1265WBTA) for WIFI.
The instructions state that it conforms to 802.11ac (WIFI 5) in which the best security protocol available for Wi-Fi 5 (802.11ac) networks is WPA2-AES (Wi-Fi Protected Access 2 with Advanced Encryption Standard). Using a WIFI 7 router, the only device in my home that connects on WPA3 is my desktop which uses a WIFI 7 adapter. Hence I think we are both only able to use WPA2 with our Rose equipment.
I own a new top of the line printer…same situation on security protocol plus it only operates on 2.4 GHz.
Why; I can only surmise it has something to do with cost…seems a shame to have a state of the art router and your devices all fall back in order to connect to it.
