Hi Hi-Fi Rose, my new RS250 has turned up today.

In the setting up section for the email, could do with you guys adding an underscore symbol (_) for the email section as I, and many people use the underscore symbol in their email addresses.

Hello,

Were you trying to login from the RS250 device? Or RoseConnect(Android)? Or RoseConnect(iOS)?

Hi - I was logging in on the RS250 device, during set up.

I can see (_) right now via RS201, can you check one more time?

For example…
Rosetube → Search → button ‘123’ → button ‘Shift’ (the arrow pointing up)
