Hi all, I just purchased a Rose RS250A. I connected everything, downloaded the newest firmware, installed the Rose Connect Premium app, and all went well for around 2 hours. Then the streamer started to lose connection and then my whole wifi in the apartment went totally crazy and dead. It took me another two hours to reset my wifi and to connect my phone, laptop, and so on. I deleted the Rose Connect app and now I’m using my device only throughout the airplay because all my equipment is Apple. At the moment I’m afraid to download and connect again the app. I don’t want to fix the wifi issue again. Do you know this problem? What should I do? I must say it’s quite a horrible experience with the music device costed 2500$.

I can’t understand why your RoseConnect app is connected to Wi-Fi, but the Wi-Fi in the entire apartment was dead.
What does it mean that the entire apartment’s WiFi is dead?
It does not interfere with other Wi-Fi connections between the RoseConnect app and RS250a.
