Rose RS301 could not connet to Rose Server

Hello
after a week of power off, my RS301 does not connect to rose server so no time sync , no Rosetube and no webradio.
I tried several wifi connexion GSM and Box.
Am i the only one ? Any tips ?

Please check a few things.

  1. When you connect to Wi-Fi on your RS301, is the connected Wi-Fi displayed in yellow and marked as Connected?
  2. Will the same symptoms occur if you connect RS301’s Wi-Fi to another Wi-Fi?
  3. If the above does not solve the problem, you may need to factory reset RS301.
    RS301–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
    Please let me know how it goes after factory reset and connecting to the Wi-Fi you were previously using.

Hello,
I had to change my WiFi box and the same symptoms appears.
I connect with the good login but on the 301 interface the WiFi Name move from connecting to saved then to disconnecting
I tried with several WiFi configuration 4 and 5, 2,4 and 5 Ghz
I tried also on my cellphone
Of course i factory reset my 301
Nothing worked.

Any idea ?

It works well and the neam of the WiFi move to yellow if i set my WiFi Share to fully open with no password or WPA
Which i can do for a test but clearly can t all day long
