I have an rs250 and cannot access any of its features because it keeps saying rose server connection failed. I am connected through wifi. I can only play spotify with no art work. Thats it! How can you solve this problem? Ive tried updating but says its already the latest version at 4.15….

Currently, the latest software version for RS250 is 4.17.
From my perspective, it seems that updating to the latest version will solve the problem.
Please request the Rose device you use and the update file via email below.
