Rose Store and Rose Tube appear down

Just went to pull up some RoseTube videos and all I get is an empty queue and “Connection to Rose Server failed”

Also unable to open up the Rose Store with same error.

Is maintenance going on?

Currently, when I check your symptoms, it appears that the symptoms appear when Wi-Fi or Ethernet is not connected properly.
Please answer a few questions.

  1. Please tell us the model name of the Rose device you use.
  2. Is your Rose device connected via Wi-Fi or Ethernet?
  3. If you are using one of RS150b, RS520, or RS130, please check whether the dongle is properly connected to the rear of the device.
  4. Rose device–>Settings–>System info–>Check whether the IP address is displayed properly.
  5. If you are connecting via Wi-Fi, factory reset your Rose device and reconnect the Wi-Fi.
    Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

The situation resolved itself after 24 hours, all good now.
