had to factory install Rose, now connecting Rose leaves a blank page on the screen.
Full Korean to me. I think Rose is uberfacilitated… This should not be users pain.

ROSE device → Settings → System Info → Model - Please provide the ROSE ID of your device.
ROSE device → Settings → System Info → ROSE ID - Please take a photo of the screen where everything is displayed in Korean on your ROSE device and send it to us.
