Rose Tube is refusing to play video

When I try to play video with the Rose Tube vidéos with my RS 520, there is a circle spinning and it refuses to play the selected video. It goes to other song that are not video. There is also a message saying Can’t play URL.

Any help please.

Try deleting and reinstall the rose tube app. Had the same problem and that seemed to fix it

when you delete and reinstall Rose Tube, does it lose the favorites list?

I do not have any favorite playlist for Rose Tube but the previously watched videos are stll there on the app. Hope this help.

Even if you reinstall Rosetube from the RoseStore app, videos added to Favorites among Rosetube videos will not be deleted.

I’ve got the same issue on my 520. I’ve deleted the Rosetube app on the device and reinstalled it but only for less than one song.

It loads the video but just sticks as if it’s been paused.

Any ideas?

I would like to ask you some questions.

  1. Do you play music normally in other music streaming apps such as Radio, Qobuz, Tidal, etc., except Rosetube?
  2. If you use Tidal, do you play videos provided by Tidal normally?
  3. What version is your RS520?

I use Tidal and Qobuz via Rose App. However some times I use the Tidal and Qobuz app via Airplay.

I don’t use Tidal for videos

Device version is 5.7 (Rose Tube is 5.7.07.59)

When we checked, we confirmed that there is no problem with Rosetube.

You need to activate your mobile phone hotspot other than the Wi-Fi you are currently using to connect to the Rose device and check if Rosetube plays normally when connected to that Wi-Fi.
I think your network environment is not smooth.
