Rose Tube not working

Added a Pangea 14XL power cord and turned on the RS250. Rose Tube keeps saying “could not play due to temporary error, please try again.” Everything else works good. Also tried rebooting and still doesn’t work.

Please follow the steps below.
RS250 screen → RoseStore → check RoseTube version (if it is not the latest version) → click update and confirm → reboot the device
