Rose Tube still not working

Hi
Is Rose Tube still not working as I still seem to get the error message on my RS250
“could not play due to temporary error please try again please try again later”
I thik this has been going on for a while now and is one of the major and more used functions on the RS250

Any idea what the problem might be and if and when it will be fixed?

Rosetube error is fixed and you can use it now.

Try

  • ROSE device > RoseStore > Rosetube > Update
  • If you don’t see UPDATE button, Remove update and update again
  • Rosetube version : 4.0.08.27
