Rose Tube Video Lag

Hello,

I just received delivery of a brand new Rose 150B this weekend.

Rose tube video is unbearably laggy. The audio sounds very good, however the video on the TV via HDMI is unbearably laggy. The video on the 150B screen is not laggy. I am connected from the Rose HDMI out straight to the TV HDMI. I have Gigabit internet and I have the rose connected to the router via ethernet cable. Video from other sources to the TV (playstation 5, nintendo switch) are both perfectly fine.

Is this a known issue? Is there some setting I should change to address this?

There is no special setting for this problem.
Can you try again after the Factory Reset?
Settings----System Settings----Factory Reset.
