Rose150b Albumcover

Hello

ich habe mit meinem Rose150b seit dem letzten Update folgende Situation:
Alle Coverfotos von meiner musikbibliothek auf dem SSD Speicher werden nicht mehr angezeigt.

What to do- Rose please help

Please check a few things.

  1. RS150b–>Music–>Settings–>Media Library–>Storage–>Rescan DB
    Does the same symptom appear even if you try the method above?
  2. Is the album art not showing up on both your RS150b and the RoseConnect app?
  3. When you check the sound source stored on your SSD through a certain path, the album art is not displayed?

habe alle geprüft:

  1. Auch nach dem Scan keine Bilder der Albumcover, nur das Rose Logo
  2. Das Albumcover ist weder auf dem Rose noch auf der App angezeigt
  3. Auf dem SSD sind die Albumcover vorhanden, per Netzwerk am PC angesehen

Übringens: Unter den Playlisten sind die Albumcover angezeigt, nicht aber in der Masse der Musik Bibliothek

  1. Are the album covers of all music files stored on your SSD not displayed? Or is it only for a few specific music sources?
  2. Are you seeing that the album cover is not displayed on the Rose device or in the RoseConnect app?
    What if all the same music sources are not visible on the Rose device and RoseConnect app?

  1. yes all (11,000) files in the ssd Music store are not displayed.
    One exception: the files in the created playlist.
    Special feature: Example album picture of the music Help/Beatels not diplayes in all music but in the favorites list-
  2. no matter if rose or app , same issue no picture

Currently, the DB-related part has been modified, so this phenomenon does not appear to us.

  1. First, please send a photo of the album art not being displayed on your Rose device or RoseConnect app to the email address below.
  2. Please send a few songs stored on your SSD to the email address below.
  3. If you factory reset your RS150b, will the same symptoms occur?
    RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
