The horizontal slider on the ‘Display Brightness’ is playing up. Display section: Screen Brightness
There is a lag and the number displayed in the icon goes crazy when you try to reduce the RS250 screen brightness.
We also tested as you suggested.
However, we haven’t seen the same symptoms as you.
Please confirm a few things:

Please tell us the model name of your iOS device.

Does the same issue occur when you adjust the brightness directly on your RS250?

Does the same issue occur even after deleting and reinstalling your RoseConnect app?

Could you record a video of the issue you’re experiencing and email it to us?
