I am using RoseConnect One on Windows.
My application does not detect any new updates, although I understand that a newer version is available.
Could you please let me know if the latest Windows version has been released? If so, would you kindly send me the direct download link or the latest Windows installer?

I’m curious about this also…the latest update I received for Windows is 1.0.39.7, but the android phone version has had around eight updates in the last month; the most recent, 1.0.48.3 just the other day.

I have a HiFi Rose RS250A.
Unfortunately, I still haven’t received a reply, even though I also sent them an email yesterday.
I currently have RoseConnect One version 1.0.30 (RoseConnect-One-1.0.30-prod), which I previously received from them and installed, but it does not work.
The other version, RoseConnect-One-1.0.16_Windows, can be downloaded from their website. That version works, but it does not update to a newer version.
If anyone has a newer version of RoseConnect One and could provide me with a download link, I would really appreciate it.

For some further information: I have a RS151, bought about two months ago; at which time I downloaded the Rose One 1.0.16 for Windows from the Rose website. Around 9 September 2026, the program asked if I wanted to update and loaded 1.0.39.7 version for Windows. That was the only update I have received for Rose One for Windows and I’m sorry, I just checked and it didn’t leave any file in my downloads that I could send you.
We will have to hope Rose answers your email with the proper file.
The opposite is true for the android version; it seems any time I check my phone it has just updated Rose One to a newer version. The good news (sort of) is it seems all the updates for android Rose One are making an improvement, such as usually the album art shows versus just a square.
Unfortunately, I generally use the Windows version for Rose One since my old hands don’t really work on this fancy phones…give me a full size keyboard and mouse any day!

Please send the Device ID found in Settings > System Info on your Rose device to shim1691@citech.kr via email, and we will look into it for you

Thank you very much for your help.
Two days ago, RoseConnect One finally offered me an update. The update window showed version 1.0.44 .
I installed the update successfully. After the installation, RoseConnect One on my Windows PC showed version v1.0.39.7 .
Everything is working now.
