RoseConnect One v1.0.22.3 - Qobuz issue

Hello,

My Rose Connect One is up to date (v1.0.22.3)

Why can’t I find anything on my Qobuz account, which is properly connected?

Could you please check a few things for us?

  1. Aside from “My Collection,” is your Qobuz account shown as properly logged in under Settings?
  2. If it is logged in normally, does the same issue still occur after logging out and then logging back in?
  3. Does the same issue still occur even after deleting and reinstalling the RoseOne app?

Everything works for me and everything is visible, I mean Android.

Everything is working correctly this morning; I don’t know what happened.

Perhaps there was a synchronization delay since my Rose Connect One update…

It appears that there may have been a temporary issue.

If you experience a similar problem again in the future, please let us know.

This just happened to me. I had to log out and then log in again to see my playlists and favorites.
