I bought today (19th Feb 2025) a brand new (sealed box) RS130 from the local dealer. The unit is great and sounds awesome (connected both Tidal and Q).
I cannot connect the RoseConnect Premium app one either of my phones or ipad.
I install the App
I allow all requests (find devices to local network etc)
On the page “Registering Rose”, the device is not listed nor can be found on my network.
What did I do so far:
- tried both on ethernet and wifi
- Tried to manually type the IP
- Turned off and on the device numerous times
- Uninstalled and reinstalled the app numerous times
- Changed router
In most of the times it gives me no message when I try to add the device IP manually, in some occasions it will return the message “Connection to the equipment failed”.
