Dear HifiRose support,
I need some help on RoseConnect Premium. By any chance do you have user manual for this app ? I find some of the functions are confusing or not working after many attempts.
background 
RS150B , RoseConnect via iPhone, upload via windows 11
SSD with 400 albums , mostly rip in AIF format and album data/artworks were properly configured under itunes.
albums were uploaded into Rs150B ssd and subsequently performing DB delete/Scan to get the album directory right.
all uploaded albums display well under Rs150 directory and RoseConnect Premium under music->recommendation.
Here is the strange encounters

I tried bookmarked some of my favorite albums so they can be retrieved quickly under home->favorite->Album. However i noticed i cannot further bookmark album after 12 counts. Can you confirm this and How can i add more ?

Strange enough some latest added album, they display well under music album list, but when being bookmarked, their artwork become broken under favorite. I tried so many times redo the upload/change artwork etc, this issue is not solved. I want to know why it break under favorite.

What is the use of hearts in bookmark, 1 hearts , 2 hears and 3 hearts.
