RoseTube broken?

Can someone at Rose please explain why RoseTube barely works anymore?! I have a 150B and it used to run perfectly — and yes, it still does… but only about 10% of the time. Whenever I try streaming video through my TV, it just freezes or throws a “temporary error, please try again later” message. Every. Single. Time.

And please don’t tell me to “check my connection.” Nothing has changed, and the fact that it works occasionally proves the connection is not the issue.

At this point, with the number of frustrated customers saying the same thing: stop pushing updates if they’re going to break features that already worked.

And yes, I have the latest version installed….

This is getting ridiculous.

@pramitmitra

Currently, we are not experiencing any issues with RoseTube playback.
After trying all the steps mentioned above, are you still seeing an error message and unable to play?

Temporary Workarounds to Try

  1. Uninstall RoseTube completely and reinstall the latest version from RoseStore.
  2. Reboot or power cycle your device.
  3. Toggle the “Use VLC Player” option if available.
  4. Switch to a more stable network connection.
