Hello, is network connected properly?
Please check update version for rosetube.
RS250 > rosestore > rosetube > check if there’s update.
I checked the rose tube updates. All ok, but the problem persists in some videos. for example Tidal videos are always restarting and you can’t watch them.
Please check if it works after the factory reset.
Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
