RoseTube Playback Issue Resolved with Update

We have resolved an issue where the message “Playback unavailable due to a temporary error” was intermittently occurring during RoseTube playback. The improvements have been completed and the update has been deployed.

RoseTube will automatically update when you enter the app.

For RS301/350 model users, please launch the RoseTube app on your device to initiate the update.

For optimal performance, we recommend restarting your device after the update.
