Rosetube problem

Hi everybody, i’m TraiNG
I’m having some problems:

Rosetube recently couldn’t pause the song and couldn’t fast forward or backward.

Although I have updated all the latest software versions on both devices RS150B & RS250A.

Only Rosetube is abnormal, all the remaining Apps are normally.

***** One more thing to comment on the search task, in the past when searching for music, the results displayed for a long time, even if I performed another task then get back to the search task, the previous search results still there. I like that.

***** Currently when I do a searching and then go to another task, a few seconds later I return to the searching task: the previous search results have completely disappeared. I had to do a searching over the old content again. I feel very inconvenient.

Have you already tried deleting and reinstalling the Rosetube App?

In phones, one can also delete the app’s cache, as this often is the cause of unexpected app behaviour. However, I don’t know if this option is available (for Rose end-users).

I did everything I could. Still no effect.

I wonder if anyone has the same problem with Rosetube as me?

I’m sorry for late reply.

Please check a few things.

  1. When you go to RoseStore on your Rose device, you will find Rosetube. Is the version listed as 4.15.12.45? If not, please update to the latest version.
  2. When you paused the song, did you control it with a Rose device, a remote control, or the RoseConnect app? Even if you pause in all 3 ways, it doesn’t work?
  3. Please provide a more detailed explanation.

Thank you for your reply, I have tried all the problems you mentioned but still do not work. Even today Rose Connect has a new version.
Control by remote or directly on the touch screen is normal. The error only appears on the Rose Connect app.
But I have good news today!
After randomly touching it for luck, I got it to work normally after touching the [TV] (on-off) switch in the upper right corner of the ROSE Tube screen.

Don’t know why! But it worked again.
Hope it helps someone experiencing the same problem.
