Rosetube Static

So I am absolutely loving and enjoying every aspect of my RS130. It’s everything and more than I could have imagined in regards to usability, display enjoyment, and sound quality.

I worked through the user learning curve and have no bugs, errors, or anything. Now, the only issue left I can’t conquer is a series of videos on Rosetube. I listen to hymns on YouTube by Rosemary Siemens every morning. For some reason, only on her videos, I will pick up static on my left speaker.

So I’ve isolated all of the cables , swapped them out , used multiple DACs, amplifiers, and added a power conditioner. Also, the thing that makes me believe it could be solved with software is that once the static starts, if I click on another video, and go back to that video the static stops. All other sources are immaculate.

Yes I know I sound like a petty, old man. But any advice is appreciated.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Could you please send me a link to the video you are having trouble with?

It’s strange that only one video on RoseTube has this problem.

If you send us the link to the video in question, we can check it out.

Thank you . I will send to customer service. The static exist some other videos too . I will try insert RA720 and use fiber optical to see if it helps.

I sent email to Ki Hoon. Thank you for amazing customer service and perfect product!

Please answer a few questions.

  1. RS130 output is a digital output and has no L/R distinction.
Considering that noise occurred only at the output of the left speaker, it seems necessary to check the RS130 output.

  2. Instead of using RS130 as the source device, you need to connect USB to PC instead of RS130 and check if the same phenomenon occurs when playing on PC. Please reply after confirmation.

When I switch to USB output instead of RCA Coax problem gone.

I wanted to tell you after using SPF function with fiber media converter tp link and fiber cable to rs130 , the problem is gone 100 percent.

Before was using WiFi with weak connection, the connection couldn’t provide clear data stream to rs130 that caused digital static noise
