Rosetube stopped working again

Yesterday, after playing one video, the next wouldn’t start on Rosetube. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app but to no avail. What is going on. Is it a YouTube problem? Everything else is working fine.

The issue may not be your unit but RoseTube itself.

The screen you provided indicates a problem with your network connection.
Please check your network first and ensure other services are functioning properly.

It’s funny if I didn’t pay attention to the lack of the Internet. All services work as they did before rebooting the device.

Please activate your smartphone hotspot and connect to the hotspot WiFi to check if the service is working properly.

All services are still working fine except for an empty store.

So you created a separate SSID for your Rose equipment?

You can go further into the settings to see the specific IP address configuration.
(Setting up a static IP address) You will see the DHCP values and then cancel back out.)

This will confirm that you’re actually connected to the internet.

There are no problems with the Internet. For the experiment, I logged out of my Rose account and logged in again. All content is played by Tidal, Youtube, but the installer section is empty in the Rose store.

So you see everything else but the store… I’d say that its definitely not your internet.
If you have RoseFM Radio… (Its an app on the 520…) And you can play it … then you have internet connectivity.

Its weird that some things don’t work properly for certain people, yet work ok for others.

There were no plans to install RoseFm, I prefer to listen and watch youtube and tidal, they work, but sometimes youtube did not play content for a long time, there have never been any problems with tidal. A team member suggested updating Rosetube, for which I provided id rose. After rebooting the Rose device, my magazine disappeared, that’s the story. I have not been able to update Rosetube at the moment, although the store was there before the reboot and had been rebooted many times before and there were no problems with the store.
