Rosetube/youtube content playing problem

Hello Everyone,

As I realized, from the latest update my RS150B does not playing the youtube contents.
A can see the favourites, and the contents, but its not play.

System version is 4.7

There was no other changes in my system of course.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Please check a few things.

  1. RS150b–>RoseStore–> Check if the version of RoseTube is 4.6.06.42 and is displayed as Latest version.

  2. If the video of RoseTube does not play, please tell us what the pop-up message appears when playing.

  3. When playing a video on RoseTube, was it played on RS150b? Or did you play from the RoseConnect app?

  4. If it is played when played in RS150b, but the symptoms appear when played through the RoseConnect app, uninstall the RoseConnect app and reinstall it.

  5. If you’ve tried all of the above and it doesn’t work, try factory resetting the RS150b.
    RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

I did a factory reset and its fixed the problem.

Everithyng is OK!
