My RS 130 went into hiatus, and refuse to wake up. I’ve heard that a factory reset recovery file are avilable for download. Where can I access this? I suspect either Rose One or latest firmware update is the reason.
It happened to me on the Rs130. Impossible to get it out of standby
I unplugged it and then it restarted
I did that after the first time it happened (due to installation of Rose One) After uninstalling Rose One, I unplugged, then plugged back in and restarted after one hour or so. It was working perfect, and I received a firmware uptate, and still working. Then I installed Rose One again (first time since april) I couldn’t connect with the Rose app, and gave it up. After I went to bed it went automatically to hiatus, and has been there since…(Rose One is once again uninstalled)
