RS 130 plays unusual fast after pause

My customer is asking about the case when they pause a song on Tidal or Qobuz, then replay it, and the problem is that the song plays back unusually fast. How can we fix this issue?

Please check a few things.

  1. If the issue persists, try logging out and back into Tidal/Qobuz from within the RoseConnect app.

  2. Update the RoseConnect Premium app to the latest version as well.

  3. Update the RS130 firmware to the latest version. This type of playback issue may have been addressed in recent updates.
