My rs 150 will not release a disc in the rsa780e rom drive …pressing software eject …it make a noise. Press hard eject made noise first time but not after that…
This occured on the third disc being ripped!
The rs 150 works with a cheap external rom drive…
Dealer has been contacted but none the wiser.
The RSA780E has an eject function and the top of the RS150 has a CD-shaped eject function.
Is the CD not ejecting even after pressing both?

Yes ive tried both …and unpluging the drive and re establishing usb connection
In that case, try ejecting after connecting RSA780 to PC. If this doesn’t work, please tell me.

Ive tried …connecting to the usb port on my pc …the drive is found …and attempting a software eject produces the sound of the mech working…but no disc ejection
Whilst connected to the pc i tried the pin insertion but did not hear any thing. No disc was ejected.
