RS 150 usless silver box Nothing plays Rose server connection failed

Hello
For some reason I cannot play Tidal, It pulls up song and information says cant play song, next song will be played and it does not play next song either. Then when I go to Rose tube I get Rose server connection failed. Everything worked fine last week. I have my Rose RS 150b connected through Ethernet and Rose RS 150 in the settings menu shows IP Address and DNS Server connected. Please Help to correct.

Please check a few things.

  1. Do you experience the same symptom even if you connect RS150 via Wi-Fi instead of Ethernet?
  2. What is the length of the Ethernet cable connected to RS150? This symptom may appear if the cable length exceeds 5 meters.
  3. Does the same symptom appear even after resetting your router?
  4. Does the same symptom appear even if you factory reset your RS150?
    RS150–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

I apologize this was my fault. I have the Rose apps on two devices. My tablet required an update, so I thought I would try my Phone to play Rosetube and Tidal, and it worked with no problem. I then decided to turn my tablet off and then back on and from then on I have had no problems. So maybe something to keep in mind for other users.
