@Mvan
Please send Roseid from Settings > System Settings, and if you send the problem screen or video to the email below, we will check it.

Thanks for your fast reply;
in the meantime I made a reset and went to the English version of RS 151. Now the information of error 152-15 disappeared.
I can hear the Youtubefilm (before I could not) , but the picture is static.
What shall I do?
We kindly ask you to check the following:
After entering Rose Store on your RS151, does the issue still occur even if you reinstall RoseTube?
Please let us know your ROSE ID.
(RS151 → Settings → System Info → ROSE ID)
Are you referring to RoseTube itself, or specifically to the YouTube section within RoseTube?
Thank you for your cooperation.
Hello, thanks for your fast reply.
Yes, i did reinstall Rose store; I even made a reset for the complete RS 151.

I’m referring to the Youtube section to use my own Youtube account with my own playlist etc.
Rosestore doesn’t show it, so there is nothing for me to find to install it. Rosetube says, go to Rosestore.
Thanks for your service,
regards
@Mvan
Please unplug and replug the RS151 power cord, restart, and check after updating the Rose Tube in the Rose Store.
Thank you
Thanks; now it says, the RossStore is empty.
And it is.
If the RoseStore appears empty, please check the following:
After rebooting the RS151, you must enter the PIN code in order to use Wi-Fi.
Please go to the Wi-Fi settings on your RS151 and enter the PIN code, then confirm that the Wi-Fi connection is established properly.
Wlan is running properly, but the RoseStore is completely empty.
@Mvan
We apologize for any confusion.
Please reboot your device and check Rose Store again.
Also, from the main screen, select the RoseTube APP, then if the “Setup > Use the YouTube Player” setting is turned on, turn it off and check if the RoseTube service is available.
If the problem persists, please send photos or videos to the email address below.

Thank you.
Nothing changed. The RoseStore remains empty.
Can I make a factoryreset going deeper than the normal one? So that everything will be reinstalled as it was in the beginning? Or will be a completly new update rolled out in the near future?
Regards
Additionally, please help us by answering a few questions:
Dear Sir, thanks for your reply,
I installed a Lan-connection and: the RoseStore is back again. I installed RoseTube. It works.
But I can’t install Youtube as proposed within RoseTube. The display says: Please install from the RoseStore. It’s not possible, because there is no Youtube.
So I can’t use my Youtube-account.
Regards
Since the RoseStore reappears when you connect via LAN, this issue is likely related to your Wi-Fi network. Please check the router that is providing your Wi-Fi connection.
RoseTube uses its own internally developed search logic, so search results may differ from those shown directly on YouTube. Any changes you may be noticing are most likely due to updates or adjustments made on YouTube’s side, rather than changes within RoseTube itself. Thank you for your understanding.
If you would like to use YouTube, you can log in to your YouTube account via the RoseConnect app. However, please note that not all features supported by YouTube on your mobile device are available in the RoseConnect app.
RoseConnect app → RoseTube → YouTube → Log In
Dear Sir,
today I had a nice talk with Holger Strebel. We solved my last problems with Rose RS 151.
Now I’m really satisfied.
Regards and a big thanks to you, too
I’m glad to hear that the issue has been resolved.
If you have any further questions or concerns in the future, please don’t hesitate to let us know.
