Am I able to connect 2 amplifiers to the RS 250 via a switch box like the Douk Audio VU3? The switch box enables switching between 2 amplifiers (only 1 used at one time). I’m now using the Analogue Out to connect to one amplifier. Are there anymore ports that can be used to connect one more amplifier?

If one of your amps has a digital input, you could use a digital output from the RS250.
The RS250 is a preamp and so you don’t need an amp switch.
If you want to connect two amps in an analogue way, then you can use a simple splitter cable (impedance input of the amps should be high), without any problems.
If you’ve amps with a included DAC, then you can also use USB or SPDIF, but then you must change the output settings in the RS250, while switching between the amps
