Hi, i am encountering intermittent stop and play for song save in the ssd. It has been annoying and I couldn’t enjoy the music as I wanted to. Just for any example, the problem occurs for at least 6-8times for just one track. Kindly advise what can I do

How do you play music from SSD?
Do you press and play a song or play all songs in the album? -
Queue is a space where the songs you play are stored.
Is it such a symptom that the music stops when the last song in the queue ends?

Nope. The song stop and it hangs. Sometime it takes less than 2 seconds to resume. Sometime it takes longer.
When you hear the symptoms, your network status doesn’t seem smooth.
- Do you connect and use WiFi? Or do you connect and use a LAN cable?
- If using Wi-Fi, is it 2,4G or 5G?
- Is the strength of the connected Wi-Fi strong?

I never try with WiFi before
I always need to reboot the rose then I can continue to listen to music. This message will pop up again and I repeat the reboot again.
This is very annoying as I really can’t enjoy music. It is more troublesome than my analogue setup
All music in the storage gone…but once reboot, it will turn back to normal.
