RS 250 Wi-Fi Issue

Hi,

My Wi-Fi turned off on my 250. I toggled the Wi-Fi off and on, and factory reset my device but Wi-Fi still isn’t working. Please help.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused during use. To solve your problem, we ask you a few questions.

  1. When Wi-Fi is set to On, are Wi-Fi lists displayed?
  2. Is it displayed, but can’t connect to the Wi-Fi you want to connect to?
  3. Wi-Fi is displayed as connected, but is it a problem that Rose Tube or radio cannot play?

If you give a little detailed answer, I think it will be helpful to solve it.

The Wi-Fi is set to on and the list is blank even after toggling it on and off. When I factory reset the device and set it to Wi-Fi the screen stays white with the scrolling circle and the list never populates.

If it doesn’t work even after testing the last few things, I think I’ll have to get A/S.

  1. Even if you press the reset button on the back of your router to initialize it, does the list not come out?
  2. Does it work normally when connecting LAN cable to Ethernet?

It appears that you will need to contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS250 and have the mainboard replaced.
