My Rose RS-250A recently started showing an incorrect date of 1.18.2013 that cannot be changed. The software is updated (5.7.n.n.). After a factory reset, I can only log in to Rose using Rose Connect (Android), it doesn’t work directly on the device. (The registration works like this.) I am asked to register the device, which is not possible, the display remains blank. I cannot install an app (Qobuz), the Rose Store remains empty. The time is still wrong and cannot be changed with the message: wrong time zone, even though it accepts a different time zone.
If the date is displayed strangely, please check as follows.
Is the RS250a–>Settings–>Date and Time–>Auto set the date and time function activated?
If it is activated but the date is displayed strangely, change the Auto set the date and time function to OFF and then back to ON.
If you update the Rose device to 5.7, you will see the menu as shown in the picture below.
