RS 520 : how to switch back to production version instead of EA?

Hello,
I have a Rose RS520 with version EA 5.8 which I have been using for 2 months to use Qobuz connect.
Everything works fine and now I want to switch back to the production version which was just released a few days ago.
But I can’t find the option in the settings to switch back to the production version.
When I do a factory reset, the system reinstalls the EA version and not the production version.

What can I do?

If your RS520 version is EA and you want to roll back to the Official version, please follow the steps below: RS520–>Settings–>System settings–>Use the Official update version–>Rollback
