RS130 and (Possible) Apple Music Issues

Hello, I’m writing to see if I can clear up some issues I’m having on my device.

  1. Whenever I use Apple Music and try to play a whole album from start to finish, it will play the first song but every song after that will be shuffled in some random order. I have tried all of the options and none of them will play the album in the correct order. This is something that has changed since the last update.

  2. I used to be able to tap on a song that was playing and add it to an existing playlist. When I attempt to do that now, it tells me the song has been added to the playlist, but when I check, it hasn’t been added.

Is there something I need to adjust or are these bugs? I appreciate any help and/or feedback. Thanks.

Please check a few things.

  1. If you select the first song and the next song is shuffled, check if the shuffle function is activated as shown in the video below.
