Based on the photos you sent, it appears that your RoseConnect app and your Rose device are connected to different networks.
Your Rose device is connected via Ethernet and your phone is connected via Wi-Fi, but if the IP addresses are different, please check the following:
- Try connecting the Ethernet cable to a different port on your router.
- If your Wi-Fi network shows both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz with the same name (SSID), please try connecting to each one separately.
