I can here is clicking when pressing the power button, or removing the power cord and plugging back in, but I get nothing. This just after 4 days of it begin setup. The reset button doesn’t appear to do anything, it just seems to be a loose button. No resistance on it. Any idea?

Please check a few things.
- Is the RS130 power cable connected properly?
- Does a relay sound come out when you press the power button on your RS130?
- If you hear relay sound but nothing happens on the screen, you will likely need to contact the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS130 for repair.

Yes, Power is connected properly, I do hear a clicking when I press the power on button. Screen is black and appears no power to either Ethernet module or WiFi Module.

This problem does not seem to be related to the update.
This symptom appears if there is a problem with the DC power Board of RS130.
It looks like your RS130’s DC power Board needs to be replaced.
Please check the two things below.
- Please tell us the serial number of your RS130.
- Please tell us the Rose ID of your RS130.
RS130–>Settings–>System info–>Rose ID - Please tell us the distributor in the country where you purchased the RS130.
